Capsicums are low in Saturated Fat, and very low in Cholesterol and Sodium. They are a good source of Thiamin, Niacin, Folate, Magnesium and Copper, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Vitamin B6, Potassium and Manganese.  They make a great healthy snack.
